A. I started my business when my daughter entered kindergarten, in 2002.
Q. Where is your business located?
A. We are located in beautiful Long Beach, California. Foxglove Cottage is run from our home, along with my
second shop RetroLand on Etsy.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. If you are local to Long Beach, CA and would like to pick up your order simply enter "local" for the coupon
code to waive shipping charges.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. All major credit cards are accepted through our secure Pay Pal checkout process. A Pay Pal account is not
required. Personal checks are gladly accepted as well.
Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. All items are shipped via Priority Mail, with shipping costs determined by the total weight of your package and
distance. If shipping charges exceed the actual cost the difference will be refunded with your order.
In stock orders placed Sunday-Friday will ship the following day; Saturday orders ship Monday. Special orders
typically ship within one week of order date.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please notify us if there is a problem with your order
so we can expect the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping and applicable insurance costs.
*Please note that any item personalized with machine embroidery as well as custom orders are not eligible for
return.*
Q. Can I order handmade products in different fabric prints?
A. Custom orders are always welcome! Please contact me if you'd like to place a custom order and I will work
with you to find the perfect fabric and then make your item just for you!
Q. How long does it take to complete a special order?
A. Custom orders take one-two weeks to ship, depending on outstanding orders on my end and how long it takes us
to find the perfect fabric for you.
Q. How long does it take to make a product that is not currently in stock?
A. Out of stock orders typically ship within one week, depending on fabric availability.
